At our ticket offices and Information Points, you can pay with all three types of SZÉP cards. For online purchases, you can pay with OTP and K&H SZÉP cards.

Tickets can only be exchanged or refunded if the event is cancelled. If you are late or absent for any other reason, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund. If an event is cancelled, we will notify you via the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. Tickets purchased in person can be refunded at our Info Points until the date specified in the announcement. For online tickets, Interticket Kft. handles the refunds. The refund and credit process is automatic, so no further action is required on your part.

No, parking is not automatically free, visitors may be entitled to a parking discount at advertised events. The pre-announced rate of the discount will be deducted from the hourly rate of the parking ticket, provided that the visitor attending the event, after having proved their eligibility, validates the discount on their parking ticket in advance.

Yes, it is possible, but in some places, such as the Castle Garden Bazaar, you need to request permission. You can do this on our contact form.

In order to claim a lost item, proof of ownership is absolutely necessary. This requires providing the location and time of the loss, as well as describing the lost item's characteristics. Additionally, a valid form of identification (e.g. personal ID card, ID card with proof of address, passport, etc.) must be presented. If the owner is unable to collect the item, a person with written authorisation from the owner may claim it on their behalf.

In the case of a minor, their legal guardian can collect the minor's documents and other lost items without a written authorisation, provided the family relationship is verified. For more information about lost property and where to collect it, please enquire at our Information Points.
